Heather, you seem to me to be having neurological symptoms, but I am not a doctor. Also have you thought about an artery problem.... your symptoms could be related to poor blood flow and it gets pinched off... casuing warning symptoms, get to a doctor if you can

Sounds like u need a B12 boost. Get u some B12 vitamins , melt under tongue.
Sounds like fatigue symtoms from stress or hard labor work.
Moody, u need to get some ginseng, ginko or st.john wart herbal vitamins.
Blueberries and apples would do u wonders.
Check at the dentist to see if u are cutting wisdom teeth, could be a jawbone, wisdom causin the weird stuff.

Narcolepsy comes to mind, but the list of possibilities is long and not entirely nice.
I urge you to see your doctor for a thorough workup including a sleep study and blood tests, and possibly cardiac and imaging studies.

I'm inclined to think it's related to a blood flow problem in the carotid arteries. The only way to know for sure is to SEE YOUR DOCTOR. Nobody can diagnose a problem via the Internet and, if they claim they can, they're not someone you want to trust.

You certainly need to see a doctor.
It could be many different things but only a doctor can have you go through a thorough physical exam, including a blood test, to find up what's up with you.

sounds like nerve damage. or some other brain injury. i would go see a doctor and keep a diary about whats going on and when and foods that you are eating during the day. all that together might help you at least narrow it down to a pattern.

I don't know what you have, but want to ask you not to drive, operate machinery or work with children. Get it checked out right away and good luck.
