I think there are 3 questions that appear over and over... any one of which might be the top one:

1. If you atheists don't believe in god, what are you doing in the R&S section?

2. If man evolved from monkeys, then how come monkeys still exist?

3. Doesn't it make more sense to believe in god, and have a chance to go to heaven than to deny god and guarantee yourself a place in hell? (Pascal's Wager)
