Christians need to show maturity, and are told to be ready
with an answer to a question.
Most sex talk is immaturity talking. The more they talk about it, the less you know they're getting it.
People who brag about the sex they get, brag because they get no LOVE with it!
Paul said to be as harmless as a dove, and as wise as a snake.
We need to show the maturity to ignore an immature remark.
But that desn't mean we have to put up with harassment.
When people try to bully me, I just say. "I don't TALK sex. I DO
sex!"

Bragging is always wrong.
Educational talks are fine. There is no sin in having sex as long as you are married. There is no sin in helping others.
Precana in the catholic church is about married life and they talk about sex and how to have kids.

OK to talk about sex. After all, God made us with that capability and everything that he made was good. Problems come when we use sex or the talk of it in ways not originally intended.
