Yes I have no choice, especially if I see them now and then, since the age four.
Ghost are usually gray in color,and they usually don't know they're dead. They won't even hurt you. I can tell you story after story, it's not evil like some people think, they're just scare because they don't understand it. It's Spiritual, these Ghost are basically the same spirit that they were before they died.
I seen Ghost and Spirits all my life, not always do I see them, if I don't see them, I can feel them, their presence, sometimes who they are and what they are thinking, especially if I am sleeping, if they don't wake me up, my Spirit senses where they are in the room and what their doing as if I can see them, and I feel what they're thinking. The last Ghost I seen was in a Hospital, where I work, it I believe was headed to the light when I came out of an exam room, looked down the hall to my right, and saw it coming, a cloud with a head on it, it formed more like a person when it stoped, we both stop face to face as if we were kissing, I automaticly jumped back into the room and through up my hands to protect myself, that one scared me, because I didn't exspect it to come so fast and close. It was grashish in color, broken up see through, I didn't even see eyes, but the 0 shape mouth was there, it turn it's head and looked at me, I felt what it was thinking, it thought, "Oh noo I am scaring the hell out of him" and it took off looking like a lighting bolt.
Spirits are from heaven, Ghost are usually stuck on earth. I had two Spirits in my place the past year an a half, and that Ghost that I mention at work two years ago.

There are certainly many compelling stories, but I have to say no, I don't. I think I would really like to believe in them though, almost enough to convince myself. I've seen some things that seem to defy explanation, at least any *I* could come up with, but I'm certain there is an explanation nonetheless.

Yes I do, Ghosts (not spirits) are those who won't admit to themselves that they are dead, or just do not realize it. They won't go into the light and accept their place in eternity... If you have an experience with one, try to help them into the light.
