Those little 100-calorie packs are a great marketing tool, but I don't know that they're really that healthy. And the kind of food they usually contain (dry little crackers or cookies with lots of sugar and/or salt) are not only not good for you but also can create or intensify cravings for salty, sweet, fatty foods.
Instead, try some fruit or veggies. An apple is about 70 calories. Bananas are more filling, though bigger ones may be more than 100 calories. A really good snack is some fat free milk and a banana. It's filling, sweet, and gives you calcium, potassium, and some carbs for fuel.
Why are you so concerned about calories, anyway? The best way to diet is to change your eating habits- permanently. Drink nonfat milk instead of soda (or even chocolate milk, it's still much better!), eat fruit for snack instead of chips. Maybe try changing one aspect of your diet at a time. This month, dump the soft drinks and drink milk. When you've got the hang of that, try also eating fruit and veggies instead of chips or crackers. If you like to have a dip with your veggies, try hummus (a middle-eastern spread made with chickpeas and garlic) instead of ranch dressing. It's much tastier, and provides lots of great protein.
Good luck!

They make super tasty popcorn cakes, which are similar to rice cakes. Rice cakes have come a long way too, they make chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, etc. each only 45-60 calories each. Or try Quaker Rice Quakes, mini rice cakes similar to chips, in "chip" flavors: ranch, cheese, etc.
