Romans 8:28: And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.
God has a plan for your life. Seek Him and it will all fall into place.

I'm a scientist, an evolutionist, and an agnostic. So my favourite verse would be:
'The man that wandereth out of the path of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.' Proverbs 21:16
But hey, thanx for the interesting question.

"And to knowledge, temperence."
Our Creator doesn't want us to be ignorant. Jesus came so
we could have life, and life more abundantly.
We are a powerful spiritual being, living in a material existence.
But with the nature of the physical body. To be jealous, and
envious, and want to get even. God has kept knowledge from
us.
But our world is getting ready to go through a major geological
upheaval. And there will be dire spiritual repercussions. We
have free will, and have some responsibility for our own
survival.
What we accept, and how we use our spiritual ability, may
determine our survival.

Well of course, I love the whole bible, but one verse has always cheered me up like no other. It is Romans 8:37-39: "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Matthew 5:28 : But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
I used this verse to convince a Xian girl that since she wanted to sleep with me, she was already an adultress as far as Jebus was concerned, and we might as well enjoy ourselves.
That's right, I used the bible to get laid.

I like Joshua 1 verse 9: "Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage. Be not afraid neither be you dismayed, because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

Too many to name. Every verse is unique and special to me.
but here's one:
Romans 8:38-39
8:38
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
