in a word LISTEN
ask her about herself, and listen to what she says.
For example...ask her what are the worst pickup lines she has ever heard. Then read her a few from this list

lol u dont need "lines" bud....think about what kind of things u and ur buddies joke about and always laugh at....even if its gross or pervy believe me girls think all that **** is funny too so try some of that.
