Wow, never heard that before. Whatever you are most comfortable with is all that matters, eh? If your heart is with him, none of that matters.

The rings (engagement and wedding ring) must go on the LEFT hand. The only symbol of marriage is having rings on his and your left hands. If you don't wear it on the correct hand (LEFT) then NO One (strangers) will know you are engaged/married. SWITCH HANDS to the left. Or else it means you arent married to anyone you meet. Therefore men will flirt with you not realize you are married because no one would assume that you would be so stupid as to be wearing the rings on the wrong hand!
It goes on the LEFT hand, Ring finger (finger next to smallest, pinky finger.

You need to wear it on your left hand. Just because it is on right hand does not mean u cannot change it. I have been married 28 years, and some days I do not even wear my ring or will wear another one in its place because my hand swells. So do not feel bad, just move it to correct place.

In America, it is traditionally on the left ring finger of heterosexual couples. There are variations in different parts of the world. If your husband wants you to "not" look like you're married, then why are you married to him? Is he from the USA? Would you prefer to feel bad and look stupid? You can hide your feelings, but your looks are for everyone to see! It goes on the left hand!!

In the United States, we wear it on our left hands. In South America, I've seen married couples wear the rings on their right hands. It is really up to you whichever you're comfortable with. Enjoy!

Traditionally the wedding ring goes on the left hand on the finger to the right of the pinky. Anciently speaking, it was believed that a vein ran directly from thins finger to the heart. (proven untrue, yet the tradition still stands). However, other countries wear the ring on different fingers. I know a couple who both wear their rings on different fingers. His (American) on the left, hers (Russian) on the right. Do whatever you like!!

You wear your wedding ring on your left hand(where your heart is) and if you have a engagement ring, the wedding ring goes on first then the engagement ring in front. you should wear your wedding ring behind the engagement ring so it can be closest to your heart.as a symbol of where your new husband should be. That was what I was always told.

Traditionally the wedding ring is always worn on the left. Gay married couples (or committed couples) wear their rings on the right.

does it matter that much what hand you wear it on? i wear mine on the left hand and i am right handed. I do not see what it matters. Most will be able to see that you are married by the way you act and present yourself to them.
