No offense here, and I know you have the right to worship however. But, clearly speaking, the Christian gospels were written around 50-90 a.d, they clearly show Jesus making DIVINE claims about himself. We have proof that they have remained un-changed since at least 120 a.d. Yet, the KORAN presents a different gospel of Jesus written(edited) over 500 years later, why??

because the Qur'an tells us that they have been corrupted.

because history tells us that they have been corrupted.

Islam is the only non-Chrsitian faith that makes it an article of faith to believe in Jesus (p). We believe he is the Christ and the Messiah.

what exactly are we arguing about here?

tell me something the gospels you are talking about are all the words which were spoken by Jesus? If not then how do you know that Jesus approved of that. If gospel was written 50-90 ad what would that do because hindus claim that there vedas were written thousands and thousands of yrs before gospel does that make you believe the vedas are right? I advice you to read the Holy Quran and then judge it instead of just trying to run away from it. Peace.

Muslims do not disbelieve the Injeel (Gospel).

In fact, we highly praise and respect the Prophet Isa/Jesus (pbuh) and the holy Quran has more chapters about Isa than our current and last Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

The Injeel was the book given to the Christians to serve as both a guide and warning from God. The same with the Torah which was given to the Jews.

After Isa was lifted to heaven by Allah (SWT), the Injeel had a written prophesy that someone would come to bring comfort to all mankind and restore God's law and order .

Now, Christians claim and believe this was the "Comforter" or "Holy Spirit". In Islam, Muslims believe the true translation of this means a person (i.e. Prophet) hence, we were given the Prophet Muhammad.

The original bible was written in Aramaic (native tongue of Jesus). When this was translated and re-written in Latin/Greek most of the Aramaic words had no Greek equivalent. Hence, the greeks just used the closest (although not accurate) greek equivalent.

Peace.

As a muslim we believe the original holy book Christian Gospels. But now this Gospels is not original anymore. It has been changed in many verses.Ms Irene Handono formerly a fanatic Catholic said in her book called "Islam Menghujat" or Islam Claimed.that almost 90% of the contents of Gospels are false. The originality of Gospels is not mantained in the original language that is Ibrani. But our holy book Koran its originality is ever maintained by presented it in its original language Arab and can be translated into other languages which is presented side by side.So each reader knows if there is a mistake in the translation.Allah the only one God spoke in our holy book that the true fact is that Jesus is only a prophet just the same with other prophets who have some miracles.Jesus is not the son of God.God as a super power in this universe could create what God wanted it.So God created Jesus a man without father.Adam was created by our God without father and mother. That is an ea- sy way for Allah.anything as God likes it. will exist. The holy spirit in our holy book, clearly spoken by our God that he is Jibril or Gab- riel angle.a messenger of Allah who told to Maria that she would pregnant without touched by a man..That is why we do not believe the unoriginal Gospels.

Why don't Christians believe in the Koran then? Just cuz a bloke wrote a book don't make it true. In fact, that bloke, or a team of blokes, are SO ASHAMED that they wrote the bible they didn't even put their names on it. The same goes for the other religions that have sacred text but no author. If it's so sacred, shouldn't the AUTHOR who PENNED the text be sacred too? And why not Christians believing in Scientology? Believing a dude walking on water takes the SAME amount of faith as an alien blowing other aliens up in volcanoes with large bombs!

No we do not. We trust interior an analogous throne, yet no longer an analogous God that sits upon the throne. Muslims remember on a violent God who don't have a personal relationship such as his toddlers. Christians remember on an all-forgiving, all loving God who needs more advantageous than some thing to carry close his toddlers for my section and to be able to speak to them.

The Christian Gospels weren't written until about 200 CE. They were altered throughout the Middle Ages and began to include a lot more than used to be there; most of the new information included was more "laws" and "subcommandments." Jesus never wanted to be worshipped himself--he asked people specifically not to worship him, but to worship the Lord God of Israel, whom he regarded as a separate entity.

Not to sound rude, but the Muslim religion makes as much, if not more sense than Christianity. And the reason they don't believe is because they're Muslims and not Christians. Why can't you accept the fact that Adam and Eve are fictional characters?
