first start with complements and then move on to telling her that she is beautiful and that you like her in a way that is more than a friend

In general? Let her know thats what you want. Not like all up in her face though. See im a girl (no duh) and i know that if i had a friend that was a guy and he wanted to be more than just friends heres how i would get the messege without totally freaking out.
1. Not come onto it directly.
2. Drop some hints! Ya know? Shameless flirting? Dude i do it all the time. Its fun and if all goes well it works.
3. If all else fails IM it to me. and like ask me how i think of him. and i would say like maybe a brother or a friend or whatever, then he would say like, well is there any chance you could think of me as something more? and i would say either no why? or maybe why? or yes why? and then he would say well i was just thinking that maybe we could be like i dunno more than friends. and i would say yes the end.
basically dont be too suddle. but dont be too vague. Anything else? contact me. Please do.
