I have known this woman for at least three years. One day I touched her hand and then I told her that I really like being friendly with you. Then I gave her a kiss on her cheek and just touched her on her shoulder and kissed her. She liked it at that time. Then next day she told me not to her touch her anymore as she gets nervous. The following we kept on talking. After that every weekend I see her in class and talk to her then I told her to call me during the weekday and she said she will. She never called me yet. It has been a month now but still we meet on the weekend and gives me the biggest smile whenever she sees me. Last weekend she told me that she is no more nervous anymore. What signals is she giving me? Does she want me to call her first? Does she ever think about the feelings when I first touched her?

Either she is really shy, really old fashion, or isn't sure of what type of relationship she wants with you. Invite her to a coffee and have a good talk with her. Let her know what type of relationship you're interested in and then ask her what type of relationship she wants. Don't put words in her mouth, she may not speak up right away. Give her time to think and speak while you sip on your coffee. Then you can take it from there.

Sounds like she may like you. It probably took some time to figure out her feelings for you. It was probably confusing since you've known each other so long....were friends....and you tried to take it to the next level. This is a big step for some people. There are many things to think about. The main thing would be.....If this doesn't work out....will we still remain friends? Will this ruin our FRIENDSHIP? Since she said she's not nervous anymore though, she's willing to move forward it seems. Go for it and see what happens! How about asking her to meet with you to talk about this. Maybe she is confused as to how she feels about you? The best thing to really know what is going on is to get together and talk about what you two mean to each other/ possible relationship, etc. If she has no intentions, tell her you would appreciate total honesty. Yes she do think about you. She gives you a big, bright smile. You might just have to call her first and let her know how you feel . She don't know how to tell you how she feel because she probably hasn't felt that way about anyone else Once you tell her your feelings, she will be able to open up to you and tell you that she feels the same way.

YES she probably wants you to call her first she will think about the feelings BUT you dont know WHY she was nervous BUT whatever it was you have made her at ease. just take your time she IS warming to you.
