1- silent treatment for along time
2- explain only if they insist to know. you have to tell them eventually, people don't have crystal ball, you know
3- do not explain and talk about it too much, it loses its seriousness
4- do not be fine with them again to quickly
5-most imkportant thing, if what they did bother you and were mad once, make you sure you get mad again if they did it again, do not take it easily or jock about it ever, because it means , you actually have no rules, and you were not actually serious about your feelings of being mad THE FIRST time, and probably they gonna hurt you again.

Find a time when you can talk to them alone and let them know how you feel. Its not good to beat around the bush. The more you avoid it the worse it becomes. Some people have a bad habit of closing up and letting it build up inside and thats not good. Even if that person disagrees with you at least you will feel better getting it off your chest. It might not even solve anything but its better once its aired out usually when you talk about it one way or another it will be solved. Sometimes its not always easy to tell someone how you feel especially when hurt feelings are involved. So just meet the problem head on you will feel better and this person will know how you feel.

First think over why you are. Make sure you are clear on the reasons and that they are all correct. Give it a while so you can cool down and attempt to empathize with them.
Then, try asking a question if they did the thing you are mad about (if you didn't witness it) and then follow it with why. Keep an open mind because sometimes they might be on solid ground and you're not (and are over reacting) or you meet in the middle. If they are at fault, ask them to imagine how that mad you feel. If they aren't apologizing by that point they're a jerk.

First of all, let me start by saying this. Pick your battles. I have this friend that I am CONSTANTLY annoyed with. She gripes constantly and blames everyone else for everything that goes wrong in her life. Make sure it's worth it to say something, because he/she might not be willing to accept it and might not want to be your friend anymore. With my friend, I let her know she's out of line, as kindly and civily as possible. Don't be mean or rude about it. Just sit down and talk to them and explain to them that you're upset with them and why. It's better than just going off. Lashing out in anger never solves anything, and would probably just leave the both of you mad. Good luck!

dont be rash in letting someone know you are mad at them
what works the best is bluntly telling them and the reason or silent treatment if you cant bring yourself to talk to them... dont ever put anything i writing and definately dont spread stuff about them

If they ask if something is wrong, say no, then keep ignoring them and do not speak to them. Works every time !!
How about COMMUNICATING your feelings with words and eye contact, try that.

Honesty is the best policy. You need to tell them why exactly.
You are entitled to be angry but you are not entitled to behave like a spoiled brat.
