It was called growing pains in the older days:). (May still be.)I think you don't have enough vitimins of some kind. That and combined with being a teen with all of the hormeones that go with growing up. Exercise, and drink plenty of juices, especially orange and apple juice.
If it continues you shou;ld see a doctor. In fact you should see one anyway if you are having cramps and are not active in hard sports or running.

you would be suprised to know that the average human,male or female, do not actually stop growing until they are 25 years of age, im 21 and just last year i grew 2 inches LOL so now i am a whole 5'0 tall lol...i was 4'10 until last year and i had the same symptoms INCLUDING tender breast so its nothing to worry about...at 14 you will probably do a lot more growing

I've heard of growing pains but that a new one on me. it sounds like old fashion leg cramps to me and just so you know girls go through a period when they grow and really begin to develop

Hairs grow at certain parts of the body like arm pits, face and pubic areas. Muscle build up, sound changes and also sexually alert too.

Just Growing pains, Hiccups at times increase appetite and change in hormones your emotions at times you may want to be around people/friends/family at times you want want to be around anyone. Try not to worry in time your ENTIRE BODY will catch up and you will have BLOSSOMED into a BEAUTIFULLY WOMAN/YOUNG LADY. Take care and REMEMBER TO EAT/DRINK RIGHT.
