I'm about a month away from 14 and I thought I was done growing, but in the past week my feet have grown a size or so, and I've been catching a lot of cramps in my legs. Are these signs that I'm going to get taller?

It was called growing pains in the older days:). (May still be.)I think you don't have enough vitimins of some kind. That and combined with being a teen with all of the hormeones that go with growing up. Exercise, and drink plenty of juices, especially orange and apple juice.
If it continues you shou;ld see a doctor. In fact you should see one anyway if you are having cramps and are not active in hard sports or running.

you would be suprised to know that the average human, male or female, do not actually stop growing until they are 25 years of age, im 21 and just last year i grew 2 inches LOL so now i am a whole 5'0 tall lol...i was 4'10 until last year and i had the same symptoms INCLUDING tender breast so its nothing to worry about...at 14 you will probably do a lot more growing

You're not finished growing at 13, you have a few more years to grow.

You probably have a lot of growing to do yet. If you have grandparents available to you, go talk with them.
