These are probably tension headaches resulting from stress. I usually take a couple of tylenol and try to relax. You could take a hot bath, drink some tea, etc. Whatever makes you relax and calm down.

I have these headache masks from Bath & Body Works that work wonders, too. You might want to look into that.

If you have tried over the counter pain relievers and have found no success, I have a natural remedy for you. I have suffered from terrible migraines for years and have found Tylenol and Advil to be less effective than I would like. I have found that the inhaling the scent of rosemary or eucalyptus relieves my headaches almost immediately. You can buy bottles of rosemary or eucalyptus oils at health food stores. I hope this helps you.

Try Advil and a cup of coffee.

That assumes you are not overdoing it on caffeine already, which could cause a headache.

If they are constant see a doctor. A tylenol will help. If you drink cola it has caffeine and you may need a bit.

See a chiropractor. (I am not a chiropractor! I just am living a much better, more pain-free life since I started going to one. I used to get a lot of headaches.)
