Good job adding the exercise! Sometimes when we first start our routines, we eat more than we usually do because our bodies are working harder, and need the nutrients. This should even out now. Drink alot of water, as you're working hard! Because you're adding exercise you'll be hungrier, the water will help, plus have some healthy snacks in between your meals in case you need them, yogurts, low fat crackers, you'll be fine, it just takes some adjusting.

If your focus is really health, not just thinness fior the sake of thinness, you need to educate yourself on eating healthier. you should have lots of fruits cause those are the kind of things that burn your fat and nor just excercising. You're not eating enough. That's your problem right there.
You didn't mention anything about not eating but i think you're starving yourself and this could be the problem. You can't practically starve yourself and expect your body to cooperate, especially if you're exercising. You're not giving your body any fuel. Your body is trying to hold onto everything you give it (hence the reason you're not losing - yet) because you're not putting anything back.
However, if you continue this dangerous lifestyle, you WILL start losing weight eventually because your body will be forced to eat off of any fat you may have to survive. Unfortunately, though, it will also eat away your muscle and your bone.
So exercising without putting anything back into your body is basically pointless and will eventually do more harm than good.

You are gaining muscle. Your body wants to hang on to the fat, it is a survival thing. Keep on the WW, in a coupple of months you will find that you will be dropping weigh much more consistently then the people who did not exercise in the beginning.
You will start to look skinnier faster too.
Keep at it.
Good luck.

You might need to cut down your daily points. If you are doing the core program you may be eating too many calories on healthy food. Keep it up sooner or later you will get results everyone is different, you may be gaining muscle from exercise. Don't get discouraged.

I agree with the first answer . . your exercising is changing your fat to muscle . . and muscle weighs more than fat, so the numbers on the scale won't change much . . . you might feel a difference in the way your clothes fit, but you might gain a pound or two . ..

You are gaining muscle. But have no fear! Your increased muscle mass will burn calories more effectively.
