every one thinks that he or she is nice , really polite and well mannered , right ????????????
if that's true how come so many ppl are still hurt ?
is there something in there minds let them think that its okay and justified or they just don't think about it ! they wanna do what they wanna do and the hell with every one else ?
i know its not okay to be mean but its just .................... i dunno !

"beauty is only skin deep, meanness runs clear through" is an old joke but a truism all the same ... nice people are basically always nice, however they can be insensitive to others without meaning to be. people who are mean on purpose do it because they can only feel good about themselves when they are putting others down to make themselves feel superior. its a power trip they do because they themselves feel inadequate all the time.
it diminishes you to be mean in response .. it would serve you better to ignore them because when you acknowledge their comment or action, they feel empowered, if you ignore them as if they don't exist, they get no pleasure from your discomfort and their attempt to hurt you goes flat.

No it is never alright to be mean. Mean meaning to do something with intent to harm another.
You should however always be truthful and sometimes firm in your answer. This is interpreted by some people as being mean. There is nothing you can do about that.

It is possible to hurt someone's feelings without realizing it, but I believe most people are nice. Maybe you've been hanging around with the wrong people, so please use wisdom when selecting your companions. Also, you don't have to be mean just because someone else is.

Yes people can be mean without realizing it and some are because they don't care. We are all human and make mistakes.

NO i couldnt be mean. i allways treat people as i would like them to treat me. BUT a lot of people dont give a **** they just walk over everyone. BUT they wouldnt like it if anyone walked over them.
