You could be having sleep paralysis. This is when part of your brain wakes up before the part that controls your body. It is not necessarily a serious condition but you need to mention it to your doctor.

It could be related to narcolepsy, which should be considered if you fall asleep all the time for no good reason.

May mean that you could feel like in life you are drifting through out life nothing is stable or you may not be grounded. Just take some time for you and try to focus on you and just relax and not read into those dreams. Take care

No, but thats interesting, i sometimes have dreams where i feel like im actually like that say paralyzed or actually flying, i guess because my arms and legs might be moving while im dreaming in my sleep. I had one dream, i dreamt i was paralyzed, but in the dream it felt like i was tryna move and couldn't, like my body wouldn't let me in reality, because my motions in reality, i still feel whislt dreaming. it's weird though, I dunno what it means but you are not alone.
