From some of the answers im getting, i think my question is getting a little misinterpreted. I crave the sweets really bad but one or two bites will make it go away. Its not like im eating a whole box of chocolates or everything in sight. I am 5'4", 123 lbs, and very athletic. So i dont think this is going to cause me obesity.

I actually disagree with the chocolate lady above my opinion. I think a small piece of chocolate is good for after dinner or a meal. Its like the final touch on a really good think. As long as its small.

Chocolate is actually good for you as long as its pure chocolate and not loaded with a bunch of other sugars ande craps. The caffenie in chocolate release feel good bits in your brain causing you to be a more pleasant person

I don't think this will cause overweight. I think if you give your body a tiny bit everyday it will help prevent eating a chocolate cake in one sitting because its a craving attack it.

All your doing is changing the taste on your taste buds.
I do it too.

Enjoy it

I know water plays an important role in the digestion of food. This why we become thirsty after a big meal. This how the body tells us it needs water, the feeling of thirst. Maybe in this same way your body may be needing sugar and as a result you have this craving. It probably normal, but, the next time you visit the Doctor mention this to him just to be sure. I have to write things down on a list to tell my Doctor so I not forget, some may seem unimportant, but, it not hurt to ask. I figure the more informed the Doctors are the more prepared they be in taking care of me.
