This guy I had seen around work for months. One day out of the blue when I turned around in the cafeteria he gave me this huge smile. I smiled back at him. Then on line he looked back at me again and gave me a smile. The next day he went by the break room where I always sit and turned his head and gave me a smile. About a week went by and when he saw me he just stared at me for a couple of seconds. And then walked on. He has done this a couple of times now. One day I had a low cut shirt on I was getting something out of my purse and was leaned down a little when I looked up he had his head totally turned looking at my chest. I don't think he knows I saw this. The next time he saw me again just gave me this serious look for a couple of seconds the walked on. Well today he was with a friend they stopped to get something out of the vending machine. Again this guy just stared for a couple of seconds. I never smile because he makes me uncomfortable so I look and then look away.

The only time I've smiled is when he smiled at me. But as they were walking away. The friend turned to look at me when they were up away. I couldn't even see the other guy at this point. The guy that always looks at me funny must have said something about me. Because his friend had a smile on his face. Did he say something mean about me? What have I done wrong. I'm just minding my own business. If he said I don't smile. He doesn't at me anymore.

The friend wasn't actually smiling at me. He wasn't close enough. I definately feel something was said that made him either laugh or smile.

He must like you. Just go up to him and introduce yourself and start talking to him.

Ask the guy what he wants and then explain to him how uncomfortable he is making you. This could be sexual harassment.
