My hair is layered, so I sometimes get really big puffy hair after blowdrying, and the top of my head with be completely flat. What can I use or do to make my hair less frizzy- and have volume at the top?

You must moisturize your hair. Try always conditioning, those conditioners you spray on and dont wash off for the day before blowdrying. Also it depends (the volume on top) on the haircut. Layers do swell on this. Texturized top is also recommended.

K get some good hair products, I have similar issues with my hair I use a smoothing cream first, then get a good volumizing mouse big sexy hair has a good one, it should be a root lifter, use a huge round brush to get volume at the root while you dry... these things should help, I use a flat iron to get rid of any left over frizz, you can use a glosser to it helps eliminate the frizz. and make sure you are using good styling tools ( especially if you use a flat iron, I got mine at a beauty supply store and it doesnt pull my hair and I can adjust the heat)
