And if so, are there any like a BlackScholarship Fund?

Yes, there are many scholarship lists available on the web. Many are free memberships. Most are updated on a regular basis. I do have some advice before you start applying for them. First apply well before the application deadline. Finally pay attention to the organization's website before writing the essay part of the application to get an idea about what they are looking for.
