You might be thinking of Leland's spurious book "The Gospel of Aradia (1897), about Italian witches. It doesn't mention the word "Wicca", but it is considered an early book on the subject. Leland plagarized it from two earlier books (Etruscan Remains and Gypsy Sorcery). The book is basically about Diana who turns into a cat and has sex with her brother Lucifer and she gives birth to Aradia, who was supposedly a "witch avatar" that lived in the 15th century in Sicily. Of course historians have debunked the book on numerous points (the plagarism being the most obvious). It was a major source of inspiration for Murray and Gardner.

Here's some free websites that might be of interest:

But they're not about "Roman Wicca".

I have never heard of Roman Wicca. Perhaps you are searching for Roman Reconstructionism (a neo-pagan religion different from Wicca).

For info on Roman Recon:

I have never heard of Roman Wicca. I've heard of Roman reconstructionalism, but I don't know of any websites or books for that, and I've heard of Wicca, which I know plenty of websites and books for. Never heard of Roman Wicca though.

For Wicca, check out http://wicca.timerift.net
