delete your printer definition and reinstall.
Hope you have the disk that it came with. If not, go to the internet and download the driver from the manuf. website.
After that, go to: Start, printers. Add. Then install your printer by using either their disk or the downloaded file.
It should work.
From the error message it would appear your system files do not seem to recognize the driver. That's OK, it happens from time to time. Just reinstall.

this mean that your printer life shell has ended ,need to be replace new one
