My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Depends on what condition you are in at the moment. Do it untill you start to feel slightly uncomfortable. After a while, this becomes comfortable. How long will depend on several factors e.g. your level of fitness. As you get fitter it becomes harder to get to another level. Once you have reached more or less your peak then it becomes a question of maintaining fitness not increasing fitness. You get a sense of well being at this level - much better than any drugs or man made stimulants. You are on a pleasant and constant high. It pays dividends as you age. You have an independent life to a ripe old age! Good Luck.

Do this: Lay down with your feet up on the chair or the couch, do as many crunches as you can, feeling the burn. Count them. Do that many 3 times after about a minute break in between. Do this amount every other day for a week, then after a week start adding 5-10 more every week.
After you do them this way, turn away from the couch with your feet flat on the ground. Start your crunch, and bring your left knee in and touch it with your right elbow, alternating kicking your legs out, these are called "bicycles" and do them the same way as above Limit these foods to once or twice a week: cheeses, sodas, chips, sweet treats, fried foods, fast foods, these foods really pile it on the abs. Cut your portions in half especially at night. Make your meals bigger during the day and lighter at night.

there is more to losing weight than asking how much sit ups and crunches to do. You are only focusing on One small part of the whole picture. You need healthy eating habits, exercise that focuses on all parts of your body and the biggest thing is the drive and motivation to do it.
