It'd help if you told us what you think might be causing this

It's perfectly normal to shed up to _200_ hairs per day, and if it's long, then it looks like a hell of a lot. But if your hair is thinning on your scalp, you should see a doctor. Some contraceptive pills can cause hair loss, as can hormaonal imbalances and stress. If you've just had a baby, you would have been shedding much less than normal, and now your body is just catching up to where it would be if you had been shedding at the normal rate - it's a bit disconcerting when it happens all at once. In the mean tim, make sure you're getting enough vitamins and minerals - Eat healthy!

Tere are a lot of varibles on this but these are the main ones. Some people who start puberty early and really go to town(guys having beards at 14 while other at 26. Or girls that really have to shave evryday cause thier body hair is outta control. Remember everyone is different and it varies. Stress is also could be causing this too. If all the sudden this happened, then see a doctor.

1) Make sure you are taking some vitamins.
2) The next time you visit you Doctor bring this up to him, he may be able to help you as well Dear
3) When you shower, do no t scrub your scalp very hard , be as gentle with it as you can and still get your hair clean.
4) Be very gentle combing your hair out and removing the tangles. try both a comb or a brush and see what's more gentler

My hair was thinning and falling out too...I found out that mine was a combination of stress (because it's so easy to control that, huh), and the fact that I was using conditioner! Turns out conditioner was too rich for my hair and was causing it to fall out. If you have really fine hair to begin with, you may think about that! Hope you have luck soon!
