i'm 15 and so is he. so whenever we were in history class last year, he kepton asking me how the tests went for me.. but then when we get them back he braged that he got A's. And then on the street, he randomly called out my name, and started asking me if i knew for the final would be graded. i mean hello!! do i look like the teacher?? I never gave my name to him and his friends don't know me. he was in the history class after mine.. so he couldn't have known my name from class.
my friend says he's not shy at all.. so if he liked me.. wouldn't he have already asked me out?
so this year we have a class together, but it's been 4 weeks and he hasn't said anything. nonetheless, i find him staring at me all the time. and today he finally talked to me to see if i understood a concept. all i said was "no". i felt so awful afterwards!! do you think he'll talk to me again? what does it seem like he wants?

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

It sounds like he likes you major big time. Your turn to think of things to ask HIM about. Come on, don't be shy.He's had all the pressure on him all this time trying to think of things to say and do. Meet him half way. When you catch him staring at you smile and look cute then look away and look back and then smile and look away again. Give the guy some encouragement!

Well from the looks of it,it seems like he likes you so you never know. Pointer you need to take stop being mean to him act like you to are buds, cool friends. Maybe he didnt ask you out because maybe they way you act he probaly thinks you dont like him or something like that. He likes you so take it slow et to know him. Try it you could learn a lot, and yes he will take to you again if you allow him too.

It could be anything. The guy might be some geek that thinks only about grades or he could like you and be making feeble attempts at conversation. Try talking more with him and see if you can get any more clues.

hm...thats kind of confusing...but maybe hes waiting for you to make the first move because he doesnt know if youre into him or not...next time he comes up to you and talks just try to make conversation about something little and see where it ends up...hope that helps =)
