Depends on what type of tea. Dark tea like Earl Grey or Black Tea will definetly stain your teeth, but it is better than coffee and much healthier. I drink Green Tea and it does not stain my teeth at all.

Yes it does but you can avoid it by gagling with water after drinking the tea. If the tea remains inside your mouth for a period of time, the teeth is porous and will absorb and stain your teeth.

yes it does, however, if you rinse your mouth out with water after drinking it, it will wash most of it away. a good idea would be not to nurse it and drink it the whole day, try to finish it fast so you can rinse your mouth out or brush. coffee stains and so do red juices.
