Don't go there! 30 lbs in one month is too much weight to lose! Start eating healthy, cut out your sugars & fatty foods. Eat lots of veggies and fruits....you will lose weight....not as fast, but you will be healthier. Face it you didn't put those 30 lbs on in one month....so don't expect them to come off in that time frame. Crash diets don't work, and you will probably gain that back plus more.....Stay healthy....Take care, and God Bless.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

CHOP YOUR LEG OFF.
Seriously though, you will NOT lose 30 pounds in 1 months. Aim for something attainable: how about 15 pounds?
Best way: WORK OUT! LOTS OF WEIGHS AND THEN CARDIO. AND EAT RIGHT!

Assuming you have no medical conditions which require a doctor's supervision. Diet: No carbonated beverages, no alcohol, no fruit juice. Water, skim milk, etc. are okay. No white flour, no hydrogenated vegetable oil, no refined sugar, no meat. Just fruit and veggies and whole grains. Exercise 1/2 hour to 1 hour every day. Brisk walking is fine. You'll drop it fast. I did! Good luck!

30 lbs. in one month? You shouldn't lose that much unless you're like 50 or more lbs overweight. I have lost 20 lbs in one month by drinking water all day long, and walking, walking, walking!! Fast paced walking every day (or at least set your goal to do it everyday) is an excellent fat burner. Just avoid cokes, and sweets, and dont overeat at meals. That worked wonders for me.

You probably didn't gain it in a month, so don't try to lose it in a month! What's the big hurry? Try to do it healthier and spread it over 4 months or so.

that is very unhealthy to lose that much in one month. none the less almost impossible to lose that much in one month! ten pounds is more reasonable. im 22 myself, the only way you can lose that much weight is to starve yourself which i highly recommend that you do not do! go to the gym and run on the treadmill a few times a week and eat healthy. this should allow you lose some weight.

Consume 500 calories a day and do cardio 3 days a week at 45 minutes per session. Be advised that I dont recommend this, but you wanted to know what it would take.
