I feel great about it! I really don't mind interracial dating. I think its beautiful when people can express their feelings and not bow to the status que placed on us by society. People forget the culture of america and so it seems, there isn't what they would describe a "problem" with this situation, They choose not to address it, well the "problem" is people being color blind, to the specifics of the word, BLIND TO THE COLORS AROUND YOU. They are unwilling to accept them and hence they are not there or you are blind to them. I don't believe in color blindness, its ignorance, it needs to change, be aware of the wonderous variety around you and accept it. I Think its extremly interesting to learn about other people's ways of life. I think its really sad that people of any race can simply 'dis' others becuase they are of any color.

i personally dont see anything wrong with interracial dating, but when it comes to having children. i am against it, because those children are now "mixed" and then they will have a hard life. because there are those parents out there that will not allow white people to date black people. and being that they are partially black, then they will not be allowed to date them. the same goes for the other way around. it just causes problems period. ive got a friend that has gone thru it. but dating is a different story, you cant help who you love.

I'm currently in a (very) long-distance relationship with an African woman. I'm Irish and white. It's more about behaviour and being physically attracted to dark skin. It's not really an issue of interreacial dating. But yes is the simple answer to your question. For some reason, black women have always fancied me more than white women.

Wow, that's an archaic question. Are people still opposed to it?

I have no problem with it. I was married to a mulatto. On the other hand, his parents had a problem with me being white.

By the way, my daughter from that marriage is exotically beautiful
but has a problem identifying or fitting into groups of kids at school who say "what are you"? Are you black? Are you Mexican? Are you Indian?

Nope, she's my American daughter. And she can date whomever is good to her and loves God.

I am an equal opportunity dater. I usually try to connect with everyone that i hook up with. I have had a couple of black, and a couple of white boyfriends. I have never limited myself to one type of anything because the right person may not necessarily be of the same race.

yes, i am! Because love is hard enough to find these days without restricting yourself to dating inside your own race only. I'm not saying you should only make it a point to find people of a different race, but should you find that special "someone" don't be held back by something as petty as skin color.

Yeah of course, it's not the color of ones skin that matters in relationships it's things like love, trust and respect that matters.
