My Video ipod won't let me put my tv shows on it...??

i just downloaded some tv shows and i wanted to upload them onto my video ipod and it won't let me. Does anyone have any sugestions??? Sorry about the catorogy but more people look at this one.

did you buy them, than they should work, if you dont buy videos from i tunes that make a play list off all your movies, go to advanced and clik on convert it will work, if not,

GET A MAC! :P
