Please don't tell me to eat 5 meals a day i have heard that all before.
Eat breakfast and dinner. Chew gum between meals. Exercise by playing ddr everyday until you have reached at least 700 calories. Drink nothing but water. If i get hungry between meals have an apple.
Thanks so much.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

20lbs in two weeks is impossible. 3500 calories is a pound. You would need to burn 70,000 calories.
Your body burns around 2000 calories a day on its own without exercise. If you didnt eat anything for two weeks, your body would only burn 28,000 calories.
You would still have to dance enough to burn 42,000 calories. Of course if you dont eat, you wont have the strength to dance that much, even if it was possible - which its not.
At your current plan, you will probably be eating 1200-1500 calories a day. That means you would be burning 500-800 calories naturally, and then 700 calories ddr.
Thats only 1500 calories a day. That would be 1lb every two days for a total of 7lbs in two weeks - assuming you danced for 4 hours every day, which is roughly how long you would have to play ddr to burn 700 calories.
Not easy, but not impossible to do that part, but 20lbs in two weeks is completely impossible, not to mention dangerous.

Yes that would make you loose weight reather quickly, depending on what you have for breakfast and dinner. If you have eggs benedict for breakfast and a supersized bigmac combo for dinner its not gonna make a dif. so if those meals are healthy then yes. but fyi its not good to loose a lot of weight very fast.

it probably would work. the only thing is you need to check about what you are eating for breakfest and dinner. You can also choose more excersises. But all in all..if you eat healthy and DANCE ...you probably will lose some wait. IF not try the Special K Diet. For me it didn't work, but maybe it wil for you. Hey! Everyone's organism is different and react in different ways! But...go for it!
