No, but have you tried scrubbing the affected area with a diluted solution of hydrochloric acid? Wear protective gloves and glasses.

I was wondering this the other day when some fool on TV who was flipping a house painted the outside brick all white (it looked so bad and really cheap like a project house). The guy thought he was brilliant but I hated it and think it took value off the house.
I haven't heard of a good way to get it off but if the current paint is not peeling then you may consider repainting it a brick color and then go in the grout lines with a gray paint or whatever you think the grout color would be. Try that on one wall or a small section and see what you think.

I used a product callef Graffiti Gobbler and warm water rigidity washer. Spray it on, agitate with a twine brush, spray the wall. there is yet another business enterprise called motsenbacher1952a0189873d1e561b9b4f2e42cbd7 that make paint removol products for oil based, latex base and epoxy based paint and grafitti elimination. All require brushing or spraying on, agitating and rinsing off with water.

Sorry, but NO. Even with a sandblaster, you are looking at many, many hours.
