I exported my movie and when I view it, the sound is messed up and the video says "media offline". I go to adobe premiere and it still says it there. I quit adobe and dont save. I reopen and its still there. What happened??

Dealing with video can get really complicated. What settings did you use to export your movie? Are you exporting to put it on the web? The easiest thing for you to do is probably to go File/Export/AdobeMedia Encoder
Your best best is to probably pick the setting Windows Media 256K for web video. But you can explore other options there. Good luck
