Crispy Candy Sushi Snacks
There's definitely something fishy about these Japanese-style rolls. The rice filling is crispy, the wraps are fruity and your kids will love them.
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups crisped rice cereal
20 to 25 gummy worms
1 to 2 boxes fruit leather
Directions
Grease a 12- by 17-inch baking sheet. Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until smooth.
Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the rice cereal until it's evenly coated. Turn the baking sheet so that the shorter ends are at the top and bottom. Then press the marshmallow mixture onto the sheet, distributing it evenly.
Starting at one side an inch up from the lower edge, place gummy worms atop the mixture end to end in a hortizontal line. Gently roll the lower edge of the marshmallow mixture over the gummy worms.
Then stop and cut the log away from the rest of the mixture. Use the same method to form 4 more logs. Slice each log into 1-inch-thick "sushi" rolls and wrap them individually with a strip of fruit leather.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen.

Bishops pie
; for the bottom of the dessert, I use either pie crust dough or sugar cookie dough. Spread this thinly into the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan that is 2-3 inches deep. Bake this crust on 375 degrees in a hot oven for ten minutes. Take pan out of oven and cool crust. Mix up a large package of chocolate pudding and spread pudding onto baked crust. Top this with cool whip over entire pudding mixture. Sprinkle with crushed pecans or walnuts. Chill for about 1-2 hours, then cut in squares and eat. Yummy1

This Banana Foster recipe is divine. Serve while still warm over rich vanilla bean ice cream. Not only is it wonderful, but it's unique, too!
BRENNAN'S BANANAS FOSTER
4 medium bananas
1/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup crème de banane (banana liqueur)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dark rum
Peel bananas; cut each banana in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 2 pieces.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, liqueur, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer, and cook for 2 minutes. Add bananas; cook for 4 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Add rum to pan, and ignite rum with a long match. Stir bananas gently until flame dies down.

spaghetti carbonara! all time favorite of mine-
9 bacon slices, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large egg yolks
12 ounces spaghetti
Additional grated Parmesan cheese
Combine bacon and butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Sauté until bacon is brown and crisp. Using slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels and drain. Whisk cream, 1/2 cup grated cheese and egg yolks in medium bowl to blend; whisk in 2 tablespoons drippings from skillet. Set cream mixture aside; discard remaining drippings.
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta and return to same pot. Add cream mixture to pasta. Toss over medium-low heat until sauce cooks through and coats pasta thickly, about 4 minutes (do not boil). Mix in bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide pasta among 6 plates. Serve, passing additional cheese separately.
----try it, it's an easy recipe... yum,yum

Banana custard - you chop the bananas and add them to the custard for it to set - then you sprinkle coconut and flakes all over the top :-) .
