Ok well today his gf was all whoo and show-off like but he looked weird at her. But yet, he looks at me but not really at his girlfriend. I have a feeling that he likes me because we actually have a moment where we stare and look down and just plain staring a long time like 15 seconds at the most. Does he like his girlfriend or does he likes me because I like him but I don't wanna get my hopes up.. I asked him out before but he rejected me.. I wanna invite him to my b-day party but I think his gf will get mad at me.. so i wonder if he likes me or his gf more?

Watch out for those guys who look at other girls when they have a girlfriend. Trust me, it just means he's bored. He wants some new excitement, and when you get boring he'll look for somebody else. Very typical behavior.

Since she is his girlfriend I would say it's a safe bet he likes her more which is as it should be. Just wait it out be his buddy then when he's sick of her antics which is likley to happen since I get the feeling noone is ready for real commitment in this situation pouce be there to validate all his reasons for dumping her and then maybe you'll end up his rebound girl. In all seriousness if he likes you eventualy he will let you know until then don't mess with his relationship Karma is a b if you know what I mean.

Dude look if he's gonna all the sudden start liking you and not his gf anymore then he'll do the same thing to you if he does dump her. So just ask yourself why he doesn't like her anymore is it because he saw someone prettier or just because she started acting different. If he's nice then wait 'till he either comes to you or the perfect moment like here's an idea invite him to your' b-day party and then suggest you play truth or dare and when you ask him and if he picks truth as him if he like likes you it sound like you're in middle school......... so am I :)

You need to respect that he is in a relationship. You would want girls to do that too. You need to just be chill about it and let things ride. It doesn't matter who he likes more because he is with her and he would do something about it if he didn't like her. And even if he did break up with her, you need to be friends first for a while because if you aren't, he will do the same to you. Don't get your hopes up and don't expect anything, just be yourself and live your life.

Ok think of it this way - if you were his girlfriend and he left you for someone else would you like it ? if he does it to this one then theres always that chance he would do it to you as well - wait and see when and if he doesnt have a GF.

OK, HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU HAD A BOYFRIEND AND SOME GIRL WAS DOING WHAT YOU ARE CONSIDERING.
ALWAYS REMEMBER, DON'T DO ANYTHING YOU WOULDN'T WANT SOMEONE TO DO TO YOU.
HE SOUNDS LIKE A JERK TO BE LOOKING LIKE HE IS WHEN HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND.
