I mean with a scientific test just like they do with studies for psychic ability. I know that if I believed in prayer strongly, I would want to confirm it.

God always answers, just that sometimes His answer is No. Plus, scientists are never willing to admit to the power of prayer when it comes to miracles.

I know of a woman who recently had a severe stroke - was expected to die within a day or two. She'd lost over 60% of her brain due to the clot. They were about to pull the plug.

I know prayers were said - well, she's recovering now and is even able to start communicating.

The Doctor's are boggled, can't explain it - but just put it down to her will to survive.

I know the truth, so does anyone looking at those circumstances. Only God would be able to pull off a miracle like that.

Hope that helps.

God bless!

I see what you say, yet what about how the prayers are spoke back in a unique way. Like merely as an instance- you pray for some thing it truly is not any longer on your acceptable pastime. It would not get spoke back for a reason. So for all the unanswered prayers. So this throws your finished idea out the window because there ought to correctly be 900 unanswered prayers that were truly a blessing that they weren't spoke back. haha.

Laboratories are not exactly fitting venues for people to observe conversations between the faithful and God.

Another way to put it is that I am certain of the power of prayer, and those who aren't, aren't. To allow them to study me like I was a Rhesus monkey would be to undermine everything sacred. In other words, I need not prove it to you, or anyone.

Did you know that you yourself can confirm the power of prayer by doing your own research? It's called praying.

i am not a christian however
i am conducting my own prayer experiment right now
for a few days now i have been sending my mum healing and prayers ... as she has just suffered a stroke
on the nights that i have done this , she has been phoning the next day to tell me of how wonderful her night has been compared to other nights , when she felt pain
so i am doing more study on this
i have told my mum that for 4 days i will send healing and ask for prayers ... but i will miss out one night
i have asked that she tells me which night i did not send healing and pray for her
i hope to find some interesting results

If you believed strongly in prayer, you wouldn't have to confirm it.
I think you may have missed the whole point....

Prayer is just making connections, and it has nothing to do with christians, and everything to do with people. We are not separate.

Ya Got it wrong again, You dont need to confirm it with testing, this is what faith is, something you dont understand,
It is having no doubts, none, and no need to test it.

Sometimes God answers prayers as yes, sometimes no, and sometimes wait.

God answers prayers that you need, not want.
