What the heck do I get her for her birthday? Help!

I d did up a gag box for my brother in law for his 40Th
In it i put a diary so when he cant remember something he can read about it an incontinence pad that pretty much says it all . some retirement information brochures . a bingo highlighter and a some sterodent denture wash. I got picture of him and did nothing to it then wrote a note saying that i doctored it with photo shop on my computer so he can see what he would look like at 50. I then wrapped it in a box and tied the ribbon so tight that he couldn't open it so then I got the best laugh by saying here old timer let me get that for you .

For my 50th my sister in law bought a nice bottle of champagne and taped 50 one dollar bills to it....I loved it. My other friend sent me a card every day until I had 50 of them. Loved that too!

Gold foil coins filled with chocolate! antique plates with 50 anniversary on them. Over The Hill banner to hang over the fence or door. And just for fun a walker with big Gold bow and green tennis ball front feet. Borrow it from grandmother and tell her you are going to put new tennis ball feet on it.

Black Balloons in her shower when she wakes up. Sympathy card instead of a Birthday card and a wake instead of a Birthday party.
