NEver actually learned evolution in school. My school didn't deal a lot in SOFT SCIENCE.

We learned BIOLOGY. We cut frogs apart. We worked with Petrie dishes. We did bacteria experments.

We learned Chemistry.

We occasionally studied SOFT SCIENCE like Astronomy and Meteroology, but usually only for about 4 weeks each.

We learned Phsyics.

We learned how to repreat experiments that are PROVEN to work.

Things that make you fly. Things that drive you on the street. Things that put you on the moon.

Practical things.

We learned how to use microcopes.

Graduated cylinder.

Litmus Paper.

REAL things, not imaginary things that people think might possibly be happening if we only had 50,000 years of documentary proof to substantiate it.

The closest we came to that was Weather, where you use science to prove beyond a dout tomorrow will be as sunny as today and then the teachers explians to us that it is raining the next day because a jet streamed moved unexpectedly.

I learned evolution first...and technically I don't consider myself a creationist---just an evolution/skeptic. I do feel that Intelligent Design is a plausible theory

I was taught religion but learned evolution myself, I like the idea of both and believe both. I believe some people evolved on earth before God created Adam and Eve, that explains who Cain was worried about when he was banished.
