"Jump" by Madonna (from "Confessions on a Dancefloor") will get you moving. It is impossible not to move while listening to this excellent song. It is also uplifting. Heck, get the whole album because it's one continuous dance mix without any breaks between songs. Listen to samples at www.madonna.com
