well, if you just chew the gum, I guess you could lose weight, but you would have to give up eating food, which is a bad thing to do. I do know that almost everything you do, causes you to burn calories. Even chewing gum but it's like just 5 or so calories a hour. Good luck losing weight.

Chewing gum makes me hungry. If you are in jr. high, you really should talk to your mom or an adult about the safest way to lose a few pounds. For starters, replace your soda with water, even if it's diet soda. Just for the two months. Maybe that will work by itself.
Some other safe ways:
For the two months...
Get outside after school everyday
Walk to school if you can
Have your mom/adult park FAR away from the shopping centers and walk
Use stairs
Drink water
Only eat one sugary snack per day (if that applies)
Go skating on the weekends at a roller rink (it's fun and burns calories)
Good luck. You can do it, but I'd involve my mom or an adult if I were you. They can really make sure you do it the right way. You don't want to develop any bad habits or weird diet plans! :)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Chewing gum will get you dental bills. To lose weight, burn more calories than you take in.
Exercise lightly, even if it is only walking for about 30 minutes each day.
No junk food whatsoever.
No cheating or you're just wasting your time.
Make it your passion to see it through! You
really can do it, if you really do want it bad enough.

As soon as your sister's friend starts to eat again she will gain the weight back. Gum can help with weight loss if you chew it instead of eating between meals. Make sure you're eating healthy foods & sugarless is better.

no it won't help you lose weight.
by eating healthier food's u can lose weight but u have to commit yourself to exercise aswell. like take a 15 minute walk or even 30 min walk everyday, or if u have stairs do about 10 laps running up and down them or something.
i dont know anything about diets though.
i done kickboxing which involves alot of exercise and thats how i lost weight (well not much i have always been small).

If you chew sugarless gum 2 hours per day, every single day of the year, you will burn a total of 8032 extra calories per year. You actually burn 11 calories per hour.
