These have some cooking involved but they are easy and the kids could help!

#1 mini pizzas. My dad used to do this with my bro and I all the time. Buy or make pizza sauce and a collection of most loved toppings. Use english muffins as the crust. Spoon pizza sauce on the muffin, let the kids put on their choice of toppings, sprinkle cheese on and put under broiler til cheese is melted and everything is hot. Very yummy!

#2 Pizza Casserole Yes...I have a thing for pizza! Most kids do too! Simply put everything you love on a pizza into a casserole dish (sauce, cooked hamburger, pepperoni-I usually cut mine in half-, whatever veggies the kids might like-onions, olives, etc). Cut into quarters refridgerater biscuit dough. Carefully fold into the sauce and toppings. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and the pieces of bisuit dough have puffed up and cooked.

Hope that helps you out a little bit!

Good luck and Goddess Bless!

From my very own recipe website:

Peaches With A Sunshine Smile

1 can peach halves
2 to 3 cups cottage cheese
lettuce leaves
raisins

Arrange lettuce in a bowl or plate.

Spoon a layer of cottage cheese "sun rays" on lettuce.

Place the peach half round end up in the center of the “sun rays”.

Press raisins gently into peach to form a sunshine face.

Sprinkle extra raisins on cottage cheese.

There are a few more like this. You might find some that you like?

On Rachel Rays new show she made candy sushi, it looked really cute here is the recipe

1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces
12 regular marshmallows
2 cups puffed rice cereal (recommended: Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal)
4 fruit roll-ups (pressed dried fruit rounds, 8 inches) any brand, any flavor
8 strips licorice candy (recommended: Twizzler's brand), any flavor – pieces should be 6 to 7 inches long, trim to match width of roll-ups

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows. Stir marshmallows until completely melted. Remove mixture from heat and add cereal. Stir to coat cereal evenly in melted marshmallows.
Roll out the fruit roll-ups. Place 1/4 of the coated cereal onto each fruit roll up and spread and gather toward 1 side of roll up. Place 2 licorice twists onto the center of the spread out cereal mix. Wrap and roll the candy and fruit, maneuvering the licorice to the center of the roll, so that the finished product resembles a sushi roll. Repeat with remaining rolls.

Place a sharp knife into a bowl of very warm water. Cut candy sushi with warm knife and arrange on a plate then serve.

Have them skewer fresh fruit (I would recommend pineapple, apples, oranges, and bananas) onto kabobs, and then serve it with this yogurt sauce. Delishious, healthy, and the kids get to help!

YOGURT SAUCE
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind

Just mix in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use
