God never intended Women to be a minister. The reason is women are more easily deceived. Also one of the requirements for a Pastor is a husband of one wife. Read 1 Timothy 3:2. Also 1 Timothy 2:9-13. Plus we are also doing a Bible study on the Patriarchs. Sari went a head of God to get a child. Women always find ways to do things before God wants the things done. I am a woman.

In most churches, a female will not become either minister or elder, because in scripture the characteristic and qualifications of these titles include " the hunsband of one wife".

In my church a female missionary is referred to as a "Sister," but why don't you ask the Elder you know in that church? I expect different churches will have different answers.

Nope, just an Elder.

No gender involved. It's like with Christ. He sees neither male nor female, we are all one in Christ.
