Yes. It's been cooked and processed already so any Ecoli bacteria will have been killed long before the canning process took place.

processed spinach has been cooked and nothing has been said about spinach in the cans or frozen.

Yes, it is perfectly safe, but if you are like me, I think of contamination of the other, and I loose my apatite. Think I will just have to pass on it all together for awhile.

I wouldn't go near it. If it was canned more than a couple months ago it should be okay.

as far as I know the warning was just for packaged spiniach. cans should be ok. I hope so.
