The bamboo spear with the huge tassles on it. The one that makes the cool *wish* *swish* sounds when your fling it around.
The ancient Shaolin plasma-cannon force-fist is pretty good too....

I'm not quite sure what the name for it is called, but it was featured on those memorable shaw brothers creations. You're supposed to throw it on the guy's head, it clasps down and ya pull it effortlessly. The head comes off clean.
