my friend thinks i'm stupid cause i don't have common sense. how can i teach myself common sense and to think smart?

Common sense cant entirely be learned, your not stupid, your friend is for saying that. Commen sense is something you have in your head. Its like a voice that tells you what is smart, safe, good. Your body tells you. Like if your about to jump off a bridge it tells you not to do it its bad.

you have common sense, maybe you just don't realize it. i.e. do'nt touch hot things, don't get in cars with strangers, stealing is wrong, don't eat metal.... the list is endless really..... these are all things you have learned growing up..... i think your friend may be being too harsh in saying that you are stupis and have no common sense..... common sense says you should not talk to you friends that way.

dump foolish ideas, you can not save the poor or stupid,you will not win the lottery, you can not lose 30 pds in 30 days, you will not live happily ever after without many tears....another thing is your friend isn't much of a friend,common sense tells me to dump them!

thats a hard one i dont believe you can teach common sense but i do believe it can be gained by trial and error like most things

Do you give a baby a boiling pot of water to play with or do you give it a baby rattle????
