I would like to know personal experiences with phentermine. Amount of weight lost, time frame, side effects. I am about 20lbs overweight and I just started taking it today. Yes, my doctor prescribed it.

yes, is really good , like two or three years ago i took those pills from a dr. in east l.a. , and i lost like 20 pounds aprox. of course in that time i was like 180 pounds, you have to drink a lot of water, maybe the first days you are going to have headache, that hapens to me, you have to do at least 30 minutes of excersice daily and don;t miss any meal, eat a lot of salads, veggies and fruit, boiled chicken is good, now i am 145 pounds. and i was thinking in going to that dr. again, maybe this week. good luck

I'm on it. It's been about 2 1/2 months, and I've only lost about 14 pounds. I mean, I'd rather lose 14 pounds then not lose 14 pounds. When you work-out/exercise the weight just falls off. Also, NEVER eat when you're not hungry on it. It screws up results.

I've done well on it. It's only effective for a few months and then you have to stop taking it or become addicted. Best month-18lbs (with diet and exercise, not just the pills).
