soak your feet in hot water, it helps to rediststribute the blood flow, works well for a head ache also.

okay well to start off ... you shouldn't take pain killers first.

you should start off by taking a hot bath.
then put a heating pad on it for about an hour.
after that it should take a little while for it to heal but a heating pad is the best resort.
after that if it isn't working then you should take some medicine to make it better...
the only thing is if your dance is soon, i dont think it will be gone by then..healing things take time. and if you dont have that much time to help it, it wot be better by the dance.

also get someone to RUB IT FOR YOU! if no one will, take like a ball or soemthing( like a tennis ball) and put it under your neck while you are laying down. Move it around everyonce and a while.

thanks!

Try to think about what you did before you got the pain. I sometimes sleep wrong and my neck hurts.. I just stretch it out by tilting my head to the left then slowly raise it up, then do the same thing to the right, and then around slowly in a circle, then look down, then up. Each time leave it to stretch out the muscles. If stretching it out doesn't work go see a doctor I guess. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Here's what you do darlin...get a small towel, wet it and wring it out really good. Nuke it in the microwave for 2 minutes...if you can put it directly on your skin (make sure it isn't TOO hot) it's best, but you have to keep re-heating it as it cools...or put it in a plastic bag which keeps the heat in and put it around your neck.

The moist heat will help loosen it. If you can take Ibuprofen it is both a muscle relaxant and anti-inflammatory.

You have a pinched nerve. Now is not the time to be exercising or moving your head around...you want to apply heat and cold too in between. The cold reduces any inflammation too...remember not to hot and not too cold, never put ice directly on skin either.

Get like a heat pad or like icy hot neck wrap and wear it. It also might help to take a nap while you're wearing it But i'm not sure.

Just skip to the part after the dance where the dress is hiked up to your ears.

Hail Satan! And have a happy prom.

Try putting a heating pad on where you hurt and maybe take an Advil or two.

Go to the doctor, then go to the dance if they say it's ok. Don't risk a neck injury for a dance.

Try a hot pad and relax. Take some tylenol.

give yourself a light massage. Use an oil such as peppermint oil instead of tylenol. also don't move your neck
