Ok, first things first. Pimples and zits are the same thing. To prevent them, wash your face everyday (with something like a Nutrogena or Clean and Clear wash), eat right, and excersize. If you have bangs, try to wash your hair more often because the oil from that might be getting on your face. Also, if nothing works, definitely try Proactiv. I use it, and I get complements on how clear my skin is all the time (really!) Good luck!

P.S. Acne is NOT caused by oily foods, but if you do eat a lot of that, try to excersize regularly, because eating that junk is not healthy no matter what! :)

This might sound mean but stay cool. Wash your forehead several times a day with soap and warm water, maybe use some astringent like SeaBreeze on it, cut down on oily foods, don't wear hats and get plenty of rest. If that doesn't do it, you might have to either get the proactiv or try not to let it bother you.

If you can at all afford it go get a facial there is a special treatment that you can get for these small bumps on your forehead, I had the same thing and it is the only thing that got rid of these. Once you get them then they are hard to get rid of. Also if you have bangs try to keep them out of your face as much as possible when you are just hanging out at home. The oil, hair products etc. could be causing you to break out.

The best thing to do is to take a shower before bed every night. When you go out in the daytime, your skin is exposed to dirt and dust, etc. that can clog your pores. By taking a hot shower at night, these things will be released and cleansed from your pores. People compliment me on my skin all the time, and this is my #1 secret to clear skin. No matter how late it is or how tired I am, I always take a hot bath or shower before getting into bed.
