Long layers, side-swept bangs, have your hair cut a little bit below your shoulders. Now for styles you could do:
two pigtails (like your avatar)
one low side ponytail
messy bun
two low pigtail braids
Or my last suggestion is: Try twisting one inch sections all around your head. You can leave your bangs up or down...It just depends what you want. Then, once all of your hair is up, put it into a messy bun. It will take a little while to perfect this style, but it looks sooooo cute! Hope I helped and good luck!

Highlights. Just don't get Blonde or dark brown. Be different with your highlights. I see so many girls with blonde or the dark colored highlights so just choose a color that looks good on you and doesn't look like everyone else. Good luck
