i live in tennessee and there are tons of mexicans here ..i guess they get there drivers license here and move to new jersey,,i wish they would all move back to mexico as far as i am concerned...or new jersey ...lol

This is crazy, but Tennessee does not require a social security number to get a drivers license. That would probably be why they have licenses from Tennessee.
Sorry webwriter, but Tennesse does require car insurance (I live there). You must have liability at the very least.

Tennessee, North Carolina and Utah DO give illegals drivers licenses.
Those needing ID's simply go to those states, then spread out to wherever they want to.
Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff of Utah endorses this...of course, Markie has "ties" to mexico and it is reported that he "wept with joy" on meeting Vicente Fox this past summer.
Shame on him and all who voted him into office...

After changing residence you must apply to that state for a new license,some states give you 30 days,if not you are breaking the law and you go to jail.
